Your privacy, explained in plain words.

BookNao (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the appointment booking platform available at booknao.pk. This policy describes how we handle personal information of business owners and their customers.

We collect only the information needed to run the service:

• Account info — name, phone number, email, password, business name, type, and address.
• Booking data — services, time slots, customer name, customer phone number, and booking notes.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device type, browser, and IP address, used for debugging and analytics.
• Payment info — handled by our billing provider; we never see your full card number.

Your information is used to:

• Provide booking pages, dashboards, and account features.
• Send confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to you and your customers.
• Improve and secure the service and investigate abuse.
• Communicate about product updates, billing, and support.

We do notsell your data or your customers' data. Ever.

We share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

• WhatsApp Business API — to deliver booking messages.
• Cloud hosting & email — to run the service and send transactional emails.
• Billing provider — to process subscription payments securely.
• Analytics — privacy-respecting tools to measure aggregate usage.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a valid court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We keep your account and booking data while your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and backup reasons. When you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use HTTPS, encrypted-at-rest databases, hashed passwords, and role-based access to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk. If we detect a breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your bookings as a file.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure anonymous usage. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for login and cannot be disabled.

BookNao is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of BookNao after a change means you accept the updated policy.
