The rules of using BookNao.

By creating an account or using any part of BookNao (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using BookNao on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business to these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Misleading details may result in suspension.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at support@booknao.pk.

• The Starter plan is free forever within the usage limits listed on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Pakistani Rupees. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months. If we make a billing mistake, we'll fix it promptly.

Don't use BookNao to:

• Break any Pakistani law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, harass customers, or violate WhatsApp's own terms of service.
• Run gambling, adult, illegal, or deceptive services on your booking page.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties without written permission.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

You own the content you upload, including your business details, services, and customer records. By using BookNao, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process this content solely to operate the Service.

You're responsible for complying with data-protection laws regarding your customers' information and for obtaining consent where required.

BookNao facilitates appointment scheduling between you and your customers. We are not a party to any appointment, payment, or service delivered. Cancellation policies, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between you and your customer.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows, outages, and third-party failures can happen. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

The BookNao name, logo, design, and software are owned by BookNao. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookNao is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can close your account any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or behave in a way that harms other users or the Service. On termination, your access stops immediately; data export is available for 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
